The company had a great training program for right out of college years back when it was a smaller company. The product didn't have the best market fit.

Poor leadership from the top down. Very slow changes to the product itself. Reward tenured reps with layups and newbies scrape and claw for scraps. Product has poor review across the board.

Complete disappointment. The majority of education customers cancelled between 2017 -2020 because of increased cost for software that can't do anything close to what previous offerings do. They also charge ridiculous implementation fees, which can double and sometimes triple the cost.

The company fired the SDR VP and failed to find a replacement for 6 months. There is no development and is essentially a call center. I’m my first 3 weeks I noticed their comp plan rewarded certain vertices more over others and apparently not a single person in management or HR had realized this.
