Experience was below average at lot of the time, had lots of empty promises around promotion and micromanaged a lot. There was a lack of autonomy and trust even though I was a consistent over achiever.

Good place to start career but very simple sale will make it very difficult to move to a company with a more complex/technical sell. Many managers don't have the necessary skills and were people who just stuck around long enough in the company. Zero coaching

The company made some poor decisions and other companies started offering the same product for pennies on the dollar. Impossible to hit quotas without a lucky inbound lead. Leadership was amazing before layoffs
