DocuSign is OK, not great, but not horrible either. The future is a bit uncertain given the constant leadership changes and product rebranding exercises. The company is struggling to deliver on growth targets to Wall St which seems to be the crux of the issues.

I believe line level managers and leaders are great, upper level management doesn't seem to have a grasp on market impacts at the Account Executive level
