eSign has become commoditized so there are a lot of competitors. They are pivoting to CLM but there is also a lot of competition. DocuSign wants to tell customers what they need vs. listening to what their customers need.

negative. Company politics dictate success, tenured reps have mega territories and never want to get promoted, there is currently high earning potential within the role now. Besides great pay, I'm not a fan of this company.
