How would you describe the cultural environment within the sales organization at DocuSign?

Agreed. The sales leaders are desperate and scrambling to keep their jobs. The problems continue to compound. At the end of the day, it’s painfully obvious that leadership is out of touch and devalues field reps. You hope for major changes next fiscal. In likelihood it will be more layoffs.

toxic...and very political, at least in the EMEA org. Lot of clueless people without understanding sales at all. No good place to choose to make your next step.

US culture I would say is pretty good overall.  Good work life balance is possible.  Asks for help through Slack for input on transitioned accounts or past engagements have routinely been answered - overall helpful attitude.  Lots of focus on DEI and equity if that is your thing.  Remote workers need to build their own tribes as declining budget to gather in person, but this is possible.  I certainly would not classify as Toxic as my experience - maybe more like disengaged at worst - but tolerant overall.

average at best. A handful of decent low level managers but higher up leadership is lack luster, especially the former college swimmer.
