Current Employee1.9May 1, 2024Our new CRO has come in and obliterated culture and morale–halting merit based raises and making a ton of nepo-hires, ie, people he's already worked with. The favoritism is blantant - his hires are given the best territories and are being paid 50% more than current reps in the same role.
