Docker has changed significantly in the past six months. The exec team had a few departures and seems to have filled the vacancies. The new CRO has a number of toxic reviews publicly available on his previous employers Glassdoor page. Docker used to be a great place to work where employees felt like they were thriving professionally and the company was hitting targets. Now, they are millions off from the number, everyone is stressed 24/7, and the CEO spends three hours once a month on a Monday yelling at senior leadership. Fun times.

New CRO with an interesting direction that the company is taking. Interesting because a lot of it is work in progress. Clear intent from the leadership to take Docker to the next level but a lot naturally depends on the direction the product takes.
