Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Docker is pumping out new, innovative products that complement Docker Desktop (the first SaaS offering post-2019 Mirantis acquisition/split) and are incredibly relevant and valuable for software developers in the entirety of the software development lifecycle. Docker is the De Facto standard for containerization, so getting engineering leaders to give you their time is not too challenging. Full digression, you do need to have a technical background to make a killing at Docker. You're selling to engineers who expect you to bridge the gaps between Docker and our competitors, which means the conversation gets very technical very quickly. Our SEs are superstars, but they are spread pretty thin while we are onboarding many more All technology can be learned, but it may take a while before feeling 100% comfortable speaking with a very technical audience.
