Diligent acquired a lot of companies banking on their ability to expand. They over hired for the expansion team so despite team success very few individuals hit quota. A company with unlimited PTO that makes you feel bad when you take it.

Really worth saying that there’s multiple experiences to be had at Diligent dependent on which product you sell. It’s not one solution, and the BLC & Entities side has good product market fit. However, some really low deal sizes and you’ll be asked to cut deals in half on the last day of qtr to incentivise customers, to make up management numbers. Sacrifice your own...Read More
