I had the best time at Dialpad! Granted it was my first job in tech, Dialpad lives in a very "startup" culture with messes and fun! I not only met great leaders, but ones that helped me find my career path, setting myself up for a future I am excited about. You'll find some real mentors here and learn a lot!

Leadership and post-sales are a mess. Sales reps end up spending more time on busy work to please C-Level executives with activity instead of being able to focus on results and closing deals. Post Sales team is difficult to work with and are not problem solvers, leading Sales Reps to have to do too much of their job.
