Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee A good solid place to work. Not too bad, not too great either. Lack of cooperation of cross functional teams you need to coordinate with in order to make deals. Leadership team is out of touch with the ins and outs of day to day life of the reps, but it's workable. If you are fairly smart and articulate, you'll do fine. If you're overly smart, you'll bash your head against a wall because you'll see all the inefficiencies and time leadership is having you waste on meaningless tasks that don't contribute to meaningful outcomes. If you're dumb, you won't learn enough of the product to sell at a high level or be able to onboard customers successfully or without excessive post-sales issues. They have a fair system for success, but with lots of flaws that leadership likes to pretend isn't there (and maybe they're just not aware because they're out of touch). Decent product and decent market response to prouduct - just not so great execution. Browse Other Reviews
