I've really enjoyed my experience at Dialpad. We have amazing product market fit and the best product at the SMB/Commercial segment by a significant margin. The development and training is good, but (this is a great problem) we improve our offering so much that it can be overwhelming to keep up!

They have jerked us around on work time and work in office. The managers have bad attitudes so it carries into the culture. You do get 18 bucks in DoorDash when in office

They hire too many AEs. All of their competitors who have even more marketshare have less AE's per capita. Product has cool features, but lacks basic features that customers want.
