Quota on Enterprise team was entirely unrealistic. Only reps that achieved quota rolled deals over from the previous year and did not hit quota the year prior.

Culture is great with a strong product. Got a great team with a bunch of smart folks. However, lots of leadership changes. Overall, pays really well.

6sense has been crushing us for a while. It's become harder to compete against them. Our product is complex and there are many features that need to be simplified. It's very hard to prove ROI as the only real outcomes DB generates is display campaign performance which is soft. It's been really tough the last few years.
