Sales org was very toxic. Most of Sales Leadership who led the negativity has left. New CRO that has come in has cleaned things up, but the CEO needs to go.

This company was an amazing one. Leadership has been in and out, and the newest sales leaders they've brought in have no idea what we sell and are not making any effort to learn our business. Company has changed significantly over the past several years and sadly not for the best. Product has taken a dramatic hit and money invested in R&D feels like its to play catch up with closest competitors...No innovation. Hardly anyone hits their number. I would look elsewhere.

6sense has been crushing us for a while. It's become harder to compete against them. Our product is complex and there are many features that need to be simplified. It's very hard to prove ROI as the only real outcomes DB generates is display campaign performance which is soft. It's been really tough the last few years.
