Deltek has the symptoms of a company that hires too many SDR's and underpays them to compensate. While the training itself is comprehensive, not enough is done to ensure the success of SDR's once they complete their initial training period. Good opportunity to learn how to make cold calls and get your reps in in the short term, but not somewhere I would recommend working in the long term as an SDR. AE seems that it might be a better role. Also, they offer no sick time, only accrued PTO.

An okay company to work for in a sales capacity if you want to get your foot in the door. Nothing more, nothing less. Solid culture, don’t really have to worry about mass layoffs, that’s about it. Your success here LARGELY depends on what team/product you sell. If you can, try to get into computerease or Govwin. Govcon side is struggling tremendously
