The people at the company are wonderful. Top leadership is out of touch. The compensation is incredibly low. Inside sales does more account management than selling.

Working for Dell was exceptional and over my time I had many great leaders. Things began to change with the EMC leadership coming onboard and the culture changed pretty dramatically.

Dell is unfortunately a shell of it's former self. A company that embraced remote workers for good, then turned on it's heels to force workers back into the office - and give promotions to people who are in the office first, not to the highest performers. A very sad turn for Dell. Wish I had better things to say. Would stay away.
