Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Looking back at my time at Dell Technologies, It seems I worked for a little for too long. The takeaways that added value to me in the market were the ones I have built and worked towards. Dell did not care much about career progression and mental well-being even though they quote that a lot. Their "Tell Dell" and eNPS are nothing but a sham and leadership is often encouraged to ignore employee feedback if it does not align with "Organizational Goals" even if they're backward and wrong. I consider it both fortunate and unfortunate to have worked there because it exactly showed me what I should be and what I should not.
