Former Employee3.9Jun 12, 2024I hated Dell so bad. I was a sales support person, but I had sales KPIs because of how the position is utilized in other verticals. I did my job and blew quota out of the water, but I didn’t know how to pretend to be a seller. I stayed for 5 years for money and Dell takes great care of employees in a lot of ways.
