Overall great place to work but over time I have felt that there is no emphasis on process and development. Definitive offers good benefits, enough pay to keep you from jumping ship, but there is an underwhelming focus on following a sales process to close deals. The coaching sessions have been rare, and the resources I used to close critical deals have flowed to enterprise accounts with backfills from out of company employees, making it a much harder process to close larger deal sizes. That being said, this is still a great company to work for, and I hope the coaching and resource allocation processes change soon.

Fantastic company, fantastic team, great SKO, Great product. It just is too expensive and is a nice too have software that big med device companies purchase to ensure market dominance. Great place but the amount of companies that would purchase this data, slim since there isn't much money to spend.
