The management for the concern Indian markets is not well experienced and is trying to push the product even if there is no financial sense to the pricing options for the clients. Keeping same pricing for across the globe and increasing sales targets every quarter is damaging the motivation to work in the sales profile in Deel. There is no training on personal level apart from product knowledge training. Personal and professional growth is becoming stagnant here and one is not able to find a voice on his/her thoughts in front of the management. Little to no encouragement and no recognition.

Fantastic entry into the tech world ! You get what you work for - Fast, pace, ruthless expectations on results and the carrot of equity/low base - but wouldn't have it any other way working with amazing people.
