My overall experience was positive. The only sort of annoying thing is that Deel’s specialty is hiring full time employees across the globe and yet we are hired as International Contractors, with no employment rights or stability whatsoever.

The product market fit alone should be enough reason to work at deel. Super good managers. Sometimes there lacks clarity on rules and processes in the org but you should expect that joining a start up that’s only 5 years old and is as big as they are.
