Great place to learn and grow, I had awesome leadership and freedom to pursue objectives as I saw fit. It was by far the best sales experience I had.

My overall experience was fine, it's face paced orgs so you learn quite a lot but there's no human value in this org or even your efforts and the devotion for the org doesn't matter.

The company became much more aggressive in terms of quotas and sales targets - squeezing out a lot from a single AE while there's 600+ sales people in the organisation Comission structure was recently changed and heavy focus is on New business
