Overall, it was okay because i had a decent manager. If you don’t have that, this place can lead to burnout quickly. Most people didn’t have a great manager. I was lucky. I made some great money, but went through some tough shifts that were handled poorly. The c-suite is a trip in both the good and bad ways.

There was no round-robin for lead distribution, some AE's will get a full calendar while the rest are wondering if they'll get 1 meeting for the week. SDR team is poorly trained to the point they don't even qualify, sending meetings without any context or even speaking with the prospect.
