Back to ReviewsFormer Employee There was no round-robin for lead distribution, some AE's will get a full calendar while the rest are wondering if they'll get 1 meeting for the week. SDR team is poorly trained to the point they don't even qualify, sending meetings without any context or even speaking with the prospect. This means that if it was a fake opportunity or the prospect was looking for the wrong product you would have lost your spot in the rotator if you were lucky enough to get a meeting set. We were told to accept every opportunity even when there was no interest and/or no reasonable timeline. Most of the managers are new and had little training both when it pertains to the products we sell and how to coach as managers never had the time to provide critical feedback. You'll likely be self-taught through a notion document someone created. Accelerators can and were changed without notice and compensation, and anything you agree on during the contract agreement period is forever changing in the short-term like quotas.
While the product is great and sells itself, the expectation to work on weekends and the lack of good leadership created a toxic environment. Browse Other Reviews
