Great place to work. An awesome remote work culture where you still feel apart of something. The product is amazing, our TAM is obvious, and there is so much room for growth. Leadership here is great as well

Deel is a very fast-paced company with big goals. I've only had start-up experience and while the other companies had big dreams, they didn't have the funding. targets are not achievable for mm/ent - only a few hit it with "lucky" inbound deals. Most AEs are below target (except smb in the past) - global payrol product is great, but to early for the market / will take years to convince ENT clients - quota unrealistic
