Considering product fit in the market you will be working on is important if you are sales. EMEA market is very good, but APAC not so much.

targets are not achievable for mm/ent - only a few hit it with "lucky" inbound deals. Most AEs are below target (except smb in the past) - global payrol product is great, but to early for the market / will take years to convince ENT clients - quota unrealistic
