I would say Deel is a good organization in terms of product, but can do way better in terms of sales.

Great experince so far, new company, great kind young people who are calling all day, no other channel really yields results like cold calling. It's a hard sell so far but most people are satisfied with the role, turn over is a bit on the higher side but there are also lots of promotions with huge hiring growth recently at time of writing.

some positives, but that was due to my own effort. Huge lack of leadership when I first started, first manager was really bad, second manager was amazing.

My overall experience was good, except sales leadership were too biased and lacked knowledge about actual sales and were not very transparent. Apart from that, Awesome products, really good pay and cool co-founders.
