Culture is great, teammates are supportive, and managers are encouraging. Cold call heavy position and be prepared to grind. If you come prepared to work hard you will succeed, quota is very attainable. Expect your input = output! Icing on the cake is the product, not a nice to have it's a MUST have. I can see myself staying here for a long time, loving every moment so far.

Okay company, upper management lacks understanding and does not listen to employees. High turnover, good be much better if directors and managers were more in tune with the people
