Best products, perfect market fit, really good tech team and the cof-ounders are amazing & helpful. It's just the regional leader being biased and inexperienced. They no nothing about the process, sales and will not take initiative when it comes to training, process updates, promotion etc.

some positives, but that was due to my own effort. Huge lack of leadership when I first started, first manager was really bad, second manager was amazing.
