Company culture is completely missing. Hire and fire attitude. There is no interest in improving the team's skills. If something is not working, people leave the company or are fired quickly without warning. They are also trying not to pay the people correctly with the last payment. This is a no-go from any HR perspective for an HR-focused company. The quality of management and leadership is not assessed, and you cannot give feedback; if you criticize, you will be fired. Great product - great to sell - horrible leadership of the teams.

A great place to work. Company is undergoing changes to prepare for IPO, but none the less, it's a great place to be. For those with massive ambitions, the opportunities are endless. For those loving the SDR-role, it is equally a great place to be.
