Deel is a very rewarding company to work for, there are lots of opportunities to grow and learn how to be a great seller. Our product continues to be a growing fit for customers & we are continually developing our platform to become a true SOR. My main critique is the consistent ‘moving of the goalposts’ for the sales team and the difficult management by leadership at times. Great job to kickstart your sales career!

They were hiring too many SDRs at that time. 2-3 SDRs often worked in the same market, competing for the customer. KPIs were the same for mature markets and for new markets.
