Overall, I’ve had a great experience working at Deel so far. Yes, the work definitely more challenging than your typical tech sales org but that’s what makes it even more rewarding. If you can thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and extremely competitive environment then you have an huge opportunity for growth both in your own career and in your contribution to Deel’s. If not, you will likely struggle to find success or burn yourself out trying.

Fantastic entry into the tech world ! You get what you work for - Fast, pace, ruthless expectations on results and the carrot of equity/low base - but wouldn't have it any other way working with amazing people.

It's an experience alright. Great manager and team, probably the only thing keeping me here. Terrible pay, high OTE but that's something they put infront of you. Beware of companies that have low base but high OTE. Find out how many people are hitting quota. Heres it's less than 50%. Okay product but there's lots of competition.
