Is the SMB Expansion (Account Manager) position OTE's somewhat accurate to what's shown on RepVue? If not, what is the realistic quota attainment of the Expansion SMB team and is there a forecasted over-hiring happening for this year, 2024?

As someone coming from another toxic company and is really looking for a place where I can grow and remain for a long time with a positive culture, is Deel that place?I’ve heard the culture at Deel encourages lying to prospects about competition to win. This makes me really nervous about applying - I heard this from reps working at Deel. Is this the case with every manager or is this pushed by top leadership?
