I am being considered for an SMB position, but I would need to take a steep $35k cut in base salary. I hear the rewards are tremendous for hitting quota, and is actually realistic. Is it smart to consider or not?

More QuestionsFrom the reviews, it seems as though Deels culture is toxic. As someone coming from another toxic company and is really looking for a place where I can grow and remain for a long time with a positive culture, is Deel that place?I’ve heard the culture at Deel encourages lying to prospects about competition to win. This makes me really nervous about applying - I heard this from reps working at Deel. Is this the case with every manager or is this pushed by top leadership?
