Any insight into how they hire sales people? I have a SaaS background and have been referred by active employees and I can't even get to the 1st round with a recruiter. How are people standing out to get foot in door and make it through to an offer?

More QuestionsFrom the reviews, it seems as though Deels culture is toxic. As someone coming from another toxic company and is really looking for a place where I can grow and remain for a long time with a positive culture, is Deel that place?I’ve heard the culture at Deel encourages lying to prospects about competition to win. This makes me really nervous about applying - I heard this from reps working at Deel. Is this the case with every manager or is this pushed by top leadership?
