Unfortunately due to metrics not being met, the company has completed a series of layoffs and new hirings across the board that have changed the culture at the company. It has become very sink or swim with morale being depleted and numerous talent either leaving or being let go.

Current Employee1.7Aug 26, 2023Don't be mislead by OTE number...very difficult to close deals here, and the deals that do close take forever (12-24 months) with the dollar value typically under $50k. That's not a recipe for success.
