Segmented by employee count when the biggest driver for propensity to spend on Datadog is cloud spend. (2) Very few people hitting quota (3) Partnership side of the business weak due to land and expand strategy

Current Employee3.3Aug 9, 2023Culture took a major hit with some shuffling around and a bunch of reps leaving recently. Comp isn’t as competitive as it could/should be and there aren’t too many reps hitting/exceeding quota, but the product is definitely best-in-class.
