Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Increased the OTE packages of senior BDRs recently to around $145k OTE. Best in the market from my general perception. Due to compensation structure changes made to AEs, most AEs at Databricks in Australia will not earn more than $350k OTE (even high performing reps). Also, because its so difficult to get promoted from BDR to AE, they made this new position called "Growth Development Representative" - which is essentially a glorified BDR position designed to reduce attrition of high performing BDRs who have 1.5+ years of tenure.
