Sales Manager & Recruiter are saying it's going to be hard to get hired at Databricks as an Enterprise AE without AI experience. Is this something others have heard?
More QuestionsIs the quota attainment stat on here accurate?Was looking into a Digital Native AE role, but some of the reviews are off putting. In particular - brutal culture, tiny territories (complete hit or miss), and toxic leadership (again, luck of the draw with the team you end up on). Is this actually true or just a few people's experience?
