Spend almost 3 years and got 8 different people as direct leader Strategy changes every 5 minutes However good comp plan, pretty active market even if it is not the best product there is plenty of opportunites at the enterprise level

Chet’s way or the highway. He/DataStax force their people to leave good reviews. Good pay and good product, but everything else sucks.
