There is nobody in this organization that has sales leadership experience, so expect to be on your own. If you are an experienced technical seller, you can do very well, but if you're not then there are better places to seek out.

Current Employee5.0May 13, 2024I'm completely biased but we have an amazing team of top performing and dedicated reps. We pay way above market and our reps don't do any prospecting, it's entirely inbound. Our reps close 3-4x more deals than reps from our competitors and last year almost all our reps hit quota. Again, I'm biased, but these are all facts :-)
