I'm completely biased but we have an amazing team of top performing and dedicated reps. We pay way above market and our reps don't do any prospecting, it's entirely inbound. Our reps close 3-4x more deals than reps from our competitors and last year almost all our reps hit quota. Again, I'm biased, but these are all facts :-)

To avoid paying more than deserved, employees only worked Monday through Thursday. If you did work in office after 11pm they did compensate you for your taxi rides.
