Current Employee Not great. Management are driven by their egos and not reality. Unfortunately they do not understand the market, and due to this we are losing deals to competition with a better product, and better sales process.
The team needs a refresh if the company wants to stay relevant. VP of Sales is absolutely clueless to the realities of selling today, and the CRO is too busy writing LinkedIn posts about himself to add any value to the company. Newsflash to management: The playbook that worked when you were working a newly funded Series B company with piles of cash no longer works! By the way, if you look at our churn numbers, it didn't work then either!
