Most recently (Jan 2024) BDR’s are now paid commission on contracts signed not meetings or opportunities, this is uncommon and unjustified, we now depend on AE’s closing deals for our commission?? The post sales experience was brutal (beyond your typical start-up). Leadership wasn't involved enough to be able to truly understand who was working hard and earning their deals through outbound hunting. Would reward reps with better...Read More
