Extremely toxic culture. OTE is frequently moved, and existing data is poor. Benefits are awful.

My overall experience was good until the layoffs happened unexpectedly. They have to find a way to navigate with the competitive market. Leadership was in a flux and was always being second guessed

BEWARE: Good company but the constant amount of changes in the sales team will make your head spin. Quota and KPI’s they focus on change every 3-5 months. Most recently (Jan 2024) BDR’s are now paid commission on contracts signed not meetings or opportunities, this is uncommon and unjustified, we now depend on AE’s closing deals for our commission??
