Been here a long time. Great product and high in demand. The problem is new leadership took over based off of a consulting company and is clueless. Like always, the people in charge have never sold anything and are shrinking peoples account lists which will force people out. If you’re joining CyberArk now, expect a lot of turnover this next year while reps weather the storm to stay afloat. If you manage to step into a good account base, it could be lucrative still.

Best in breed for PAM, and great coworkers. However, culture has taken a major hit over the past 2-3 years due to leadership changes and unprofessional management. Quotas blindly assigned without consideration of account list. Internal politics/favoritism played where top accounts are unjustly given to reps not even in that territory.
