Best in breed for PAM, and great coworkers. However, culture has taken a major hit over the past 2-3 years due to leadership changes and unprofessional management. Quotas blindly assigned without consideration of account list. Internal politics/favoritism played where top accounts are unjustly given to reps not even in that territory.

I am in one of, if not the most challenging territories due to past leadership and reps (i have heard this from customers on many occasions). Mid Market culture is extremely erratic and toxic. Everyone is scared and even top performers aren't allowed to feel comfortable.
