Current Employee Wonderful people. Great culture and sales leadership. Somewhat attainable OTE (around 20-25% of reps hit their annual), which I’ve come to find is pretty standard in SaaS/that’s what companies strive for rather than having lower quotas with more reps hitting. Somewhat lower earnings ceiling compared to what I’ve heard and seen in the SaaS space. You won’t make over $200,000 consistently on the Mid-Market team but that’s a bit of a trade off. Cvent hasn’t done layoffs since early on in its 26-year history, so as long as you’re doing your job you have a reliable source of income (even low performers haven’t historically been let go). Inbound leads are better and more prevalent than any other company I’ve worked for. The best resources a sales rep could ask for; SF, Slack, Seismic, Reachdesk, and more. Browse Other Reviews
