Compensation (for SDRs!) is decent - although this strongly varies by region. Leadership, from C-Level to VPs and Directors is lackluster. Constant over-promising and lack of direction. They don't walk the walk regarding their 'Culture First' philosophy.

Culture Amp is in bed with Venture Capital which means that if you don't hit your number each quarter expect to be on a PIP.

Company culture is strong and development is a priority but team attainment structure to OTE holds people back from full potential earnings (especially the few that are hitting target)
