Compensation (for SDRs!) is decent - although this strongly varies by region. Leadership, from C-Level to VPs and Directors is lackluster. Constant over-promising and lack of direction. They don't walk the walk regarding their 'Culture First' philosophy.

This company has done such a 180 in the last 2 years. Went from an amazing environment to a pretty toxic culture. Senior Leaders in account management get defensive when we question their policies and everyone is upset because we went from it's possible to hit your target to it's never going to happen.
