I suspect there is going to be a mass exodus of employees over the next several months (sales, customer success, and people science). No one is happy here. The AE role is turning into a glorified SDR role (they’re even tying outbounding to our OTE now - even if you hit your numbers, if you don’t get the number of outbound opps they want you to, you won’t get your full OTE payout). If you’re seeking an AE role where you can earn a lot by hitting numbers, this is not the place for you.

The org is very stagnant - no promotion from SDR to AE in over 2.5 years as of November 2023.

This company has done such a 180 in the last 2 years. Went from an amazing environment to a pretty toxic culture. Senior Leaders in account management get defensive when we question their policies and everyone is upset because we went from it's possible to hit your target to it's never going to happen.
